Saule pleureur - weeping willow

Branch weeping willow which reflects in water.

Lovely! Almost zen-like.

I think Weeping willow is such a beautiful name for a tree. :)

So peaceful and serene, this reflection.
Can you please tell me the name of your River. I think that it flows to the River Loire?

This is so beautiful! The weeping willow is my favorite kind of tree. I never knew the French name for it before. Thanks for this lovely photo!

A very nice photo. Weeping willows are a beautiful tree. Plenty of shade and the sounds of the branches and leaves rustling as the wind blows makes one want to never leave it.

Thank you for your comment on my blog.
However I can not understand the meaning of your use of the word " misses".
Can you say this in a different way SVP ?

"your last photograph "cathedral Gothic" misses"
je ne comprend pas

Translations always give one much fun!

M. Bergson,

"Yesterday evening the photograph missed of your blog.

The cathedral is very imposing.

Can you say to me that it is the statue on the place ?"

Cet endroit s'appelle "Victoria Square".

He missed the train.
! ! Je ne sais pas exactement.

we have a weeping willow in our front garden -- some years ago the wnd bent it double and we feared it wouldn't survive but now it is very sturdy
