Après une promenade nous arrivons à l'entrée de Pouancé et découvrons l'église au détour du chemin.

Pouancé : le colombier

Le colombier était un privilège du seigneur. Celui ci a été construit au XV é siècle.

The dovecote was a privilege of the lord. He was built to the XV century.Il est composé de 300 alvéoles ou les pigeons venaient faire leur nid
It is composed of 300 cells or the pigeons came to make their nest

Pouancé : La porte d'entrée

La porte d'entrée possède un grenier à sel. Le sel sous monopole du roi etait un aliment stratégique, il permet de conservé les aliments.
Le sel était vendu à la population déjà taxé.
Ceci représenté 6 % des revenus du royaume.

The main door has an attic with salt. Salt under monopoly of the king was a strategic food, it allows preserved food.
Salt was sold with the population already taxed.
This accounted for 6 % of the incomes of the kingdom.

My friend "Couin Couin"


The ducks, hens of water, gulls and some swans live on the pond.
The children gavent them every Sunday with large dry bread bag.
I do not know if one will not make a duck pot soon ; -)
